The latest version of Adobe Connect Add-in is 11.2.392.0 for both Windows and Mac platforms. Since this latest Add-in is unforced, to install it, uninstall any older version and then either manually install it from Downloads & Updates Page or start an action in meeting that requires Add-in, like screen sharing.

Save the file when prompted; by default, it's saved in the Downloads folder.

Open the Downloads folder and open ac_addin_win_392.zip to extract the package (the package name is setup.exe).

Follow the installer prompts to install the Add-In.
